Craving Change is a program that addresses why we eat the way we do. The program focuses on self-awareness of eating triggers in a group setting (10 spots available) using workshop activities. Participants are then encouraged to try a variety of strategies based on behavior modification and cognitive-behavioral theory to improve their eating behaviors.
