Community Wellness Circuit – Mindfulness

Please come and join us to:

– Learn about mindfulness and how it can help

– Share your experiences with mindfulness (We are open to suggestions for topics)

– Practice some mindfulness exercises (guided meditation, progressive relaxation, breathing exercises, etc.)

– Relax
