I enjoy coming to exercise: We have fun while we are exercising. Our instructors are very good and helpful plus have a lot of laughs. If you can’t do the exercises because of a handicap, you do what you can at your own pace. I think I have gotten a little stronger in my legs and arms. If I didn’t come every week, I would miss the people: they are all very friendly and fun!
