Join us for Tai Chi with instructor Bill Hill. This will be interactive as we will be taught the basic art of Tai Chi. The graceful, slow speed, gentle movements for the body will focus on deep breathing and will help with balance, flexibility and calmness. All is welcome to watch or participate.
