National Volunteer week is April 12-18, 2015. The West Elgin Community Health Centre held a volunteer meeting on Tuesday April 14th. The volunteer’s attended the meeting to learn about “Taking a different look at Poverty” presented by Erin Wooley. The volunteers were also recognized for their dedication and commitment they have given to their community. The National Volunteer week theme for this year is “Volunteers are part of the ripple effect”…..” Volunteers rock”. Just like no two stones are identical, every volunteer is unique.
Thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers! We appreciate all you do.
