Tell the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care what makes a great Patient Ombudsman
Ontarians are able to fill out a brief feedback form where they can identify the skills, experience and personality traits they would value most in a Patient Ombudsman.
The survey should take only ten minutes to complete. It is confidential and anonymous.
The Patient Ombudsman will help put patients first and ensure your voice is heard when it comes to patient care at a hospital, long-term care home or Community Care Access Centre (CCAC).
Tell us what you think makes a great Patient Ombudsman through our feedback form.
