The West Elgin Community Health Centre offers a variety of programs and services to support the health and well-being of seniors and adults with disabilities. Our range of activities, events, programs and services allow community members to remain active, independent, healthy and safe.

We welcome all seniors and adults with disabilities from Dutton Dunwich and West Elgin municipalities. You do not need to see a doctor or nurse practitioner at the WECHC to participate. For more information contact Shelly at 519-768-1715 x2210 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our qualified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) provide services in Rodney, Dutton Dunwich and West Lorne. They can assist with personal care (grooming, bathing), light housekeeping/laundry services, medication reminders and checks, security checks and social support. We accept referrals from health care providers and self-referrals, and all applicants are assessed by our Assisted Living Coordinator. There is no cost for services to eligible clients.
