Programs & Services

The West Elgin Community Health Centre offers a variety of community health programs and services to support well-being  at every stage of life – from pre-natal and early years to senior. These programs are open to anyone in the community (those living in Dutton Dunwich or West Elgin municipalities). You do not need to see a doctor or nurse practitioner at the Health Centre to join in.

We are here to help you reach and maintain your highest possible level of health and well-being, which means having access to social support, nutritious food, housing, education, and more. Our programs offer something for everyone: cooking classes, exercise programs, illness management, blood-pressure clinics, mental health counselling, dietitian services, assisted living, social activities and much more.  Click a program below to learn more, or to find out how you can participate.
